As a French Red Cross delegate, I recover a programme running late, open national offices - and divert the conventional disaster-communication playbook towards music. That is where Spice It Up is born.

A national song competition to raise climate awareness, funded by UNDP: an album, music videos in TV rotation, dozens of media appearances. The model was later replicated in several countries.
The seed moves on

From the Caribbean, the wind carries the seed to Laos, then Myanmar - the consultancies, the thesis, and a national land-governance programme.
